Commercial landscape design and maintenance.

The Grounds Company Inc is owned Sebastian Vazquez. We are a second generation family landscaping business that was established initially under the name S.U.V. Landscaping. We have traditionally done residential landscaping, yet over the last few years we’ve been transitioning to full-service commercial landscaping services.

Today, we have grown into a full service landscape management contractor serving office buildings, retail, hotels, and other commercial properties, as well as multi-unit residential communities such as apartments, condos, and homeowner associations. We provide service through out greater Sacramento, and we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
